MBBS IN PHILIPPINES TNE

1 year in India and 4 years in Philippines – Philippines TNE

We, at Medquestt, are proud to introduce first of its kind – Transnational Education Program – Philippines TNE – for the first time in India approved by Medical Council of India (MCI), Embassy of India to the Philippines, Commission of Higher Education (CHED) – Republic of Philippines and Lyceum of the Philippines – Batangas and World Health Organization (WHO).

Medquestt continuously strives to help the Youth of India – the students of India. We received a lot of calls from students from various parts of India – From Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana in West to Odisha, Jharkhand, Assam in East and from Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka in South to Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh in North – regarding the queries about will she/he be able to study MBBS from Abroad without being qualified in NEET 2018.

Have You also dreamt of doing MBBS but couldn’t do so because of higher merits in NEET and because You couldn’t qualify NEET 2018?

Don’t worry!! We have got the solution for that.

To help our students fulfil their dream of doing MBBS without losing their PRECIOUS Year and faith in Educational System, Medquestt has come up with MBBS in Philippines – Transnational Education Program.

Medquestt made sure to check each and every aspect for MBBS in Abroad, All Rules & Regulations to help students come back in India after degree completion and work in India, to follow all Norms & Conditions set by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare – Govt. of India (MoHFW) and Medical Council of India (MCI).

We took all the due care and passed all the Certifications to make this Program – A Reality.

The Program is Twinning Arrangement where Students study for a degree in two countries, starting in one and finishing in another.

Transnational Education (Philippines TNE) – as per the CMO 62 Series of 2016, is higher education delivered in a country other than the one where an awarding Institution is based.

It is the policy and intention of CHED to internationalize Philippines Higher Education in order to facilitate the development of a human resource base that is responsive to the needs of the times. CHED recognizes that globalization and the liberalization of trade in goods and services worldwide have facilitated the growth in higher education internationalization, including Transnational Education (Philippines TNE), by which is meant higher education that is delivered in a country other than the one where an awarding institution is based.

These phenomena, together with developments in information and communication technologies, promote access to foreign qualifications and encourage Philippines Universities, colleges, and training institutions to offer their programs and qualifications abroad, in partnership with counterparts overseas.

The Pre-medical Program

The Pre-medical Program (Exchange Program) – is conceived with an idea to provide quality education, with qualified Filipino and Indian Teachers for the course of 1 year. This is the first one of its kind, which will make it possible for Indian students to transit and prepare for their Doctor of Medicine Abroad.

Philippines follow American Pattern of Education, where Doctor of Medicine is a Post-graduate degree. Henceforth, all students who want to study Doctor of Medicine in the Philippines have to be a graduate in any Bachelor Degree.

Lyceum of the Philippines – Batangas is one of the few Universities that has the privilege to offer off-shore classes fully approved by the Philippines Government (CHED, PACUCOA). Being the autonomous university, it has thoughtfully constricted the program to fit in the demand of the Indian Students, which is shortened to the duration of just 1 year with trimester system for premedical.

This pre-medical program is actually a Bachelor degree course, which is an important requirement of the Philippines Government (CHED) from the students who wish to pursue Doctor of Medicine (MD or MBBS) from any University in the Philippines.

The Pre-medical Program is to be completed in Off-shore Partner Universities of Philippines in India viz. located in Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu. Classes will be started from September 1, 2018 onwards.

Those candidates who haven’t qualified NEET 2018 can also get admission in the course and start classes from September 1, 2018 for Philippines TNE Pre-Medical. But these students compulsorily need to qualify NEET 2019 before going to the Philippines for FOUR year MD Program. So, the total course duration becomes FIVE years (1 year in India and 4 years in Philippines). This way, NEET 2018 Non-qualified students can also start their MBBS Studies in this year itself and save their PRECIOUS ONE YEAR.

Doctor of Medicine Program (MD Program)

Doctor of Medicine Program is four years course to be completed in Philippines in Reputed Universities and Institutions like Emilio Aguinaldo College (Manila) and AMA School of Medicine (Makati) after completion of First Year in India and also after being qualified in NEET 2019. The course duration of MD Program will be FOUR Years. The degree will be recognized and validated by World Health Organization (WHO), Commission on Higher Education (CHED) – Republic of the Philippines, and Medical Council of India (MCI).

On Admission to the Pre-medical Course, students will be issued Admission letter from Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU), and Admission letter from the selected Institution for MD Program viz. Emilio Aguinaldo College (Manila) and AMA School of Medicine (Makati).
